glad-partyGlad launched the One Bag campaign last year.  The company is also doing their part for the environment by reusing scrap plastic, reducing packaging materials for their
tall kitchen trash bags, and recycling whatever they can’t reuse.  They are also working to reduce their energy footprint, from sourcing and manufacturing to delivery.
That is a mantra Tiffani Thiessen    has always believed in, both as a child learning about

New Quaker Granola Bar Packaging

Monday, February 25th, 2013

g-packagingCongratulations to Quaker, big applause for the new eco-friendly packaging, from Plus Packaging.  I discovered this new packaging while I was grocery shopping the other day! Instead of the usual box packing of granola bars, the bars are stacked and held together with a perforated label. Just grab the top one and rip it off! I love this idea for 3 reasons:
1. Eco-Friendly. 30% less packaging
2. Takes up less space in your pantry
3. Convenience. I don’t have to open the box and dig around!
