Abra Cadabra….Disappearing Packaging!

Monday, April 15th, 2013

While perusing news headlines the other day, I came across an article about
“Disappearing Packaging”. The article demonstrated many ways that companies
can use eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging for their products to help
reduce the 70+ TONS of waste that is generated annually from packaging
materials
alone!

Packaging or Product…What’s more important?

Monday, April 8th, 2013

creative-packaging-ideasWith an ever-increasing emphasis being placed on design and aesthetics, it’s no wonder that nowadays, we’re inundated with beautiful products to “enrich” our buying experiences.  I will admit that I’m a total sucker for a beautifully packaged object…How horribly shallow, right? It’s all too easy to get swept along on a tide of “ooh pretty” and forget about the product inside.

This is a package that I fell in love with the second I saw it and given the chance I would probably buy the product without even knowing how it tasted just because it is cute.  Whether or not the product inside is any good this company gets an A+ from me for its eye catching packaging.
